En caso contrario, analizar la manera más viable de obtener financiamiento, ya sea mediante la ayuda familiar, bancaria o de instituciones que fomenten el emprendimiento.
3. ¿Conoce al mercado donde operará?: Quiénes serán sus competidores, qué los distingue, cómo reaccionarán a su entrada en el mercado, son aspectos que no debe dejar pasar. Deberá pensar en cómo hacerse conocido en el mercado y en cómo generará confianza en sus potenciales clientes.
4. ¿Qué distingue a su producto de los competidores?: La ventaja competitiva es lo que se transa en el mercado y lo hará la diferencia entre su empresa y la competencia. Piense en las maneras en que potenciará y publ¡citará esta ventaja competitiva.
5. ¿Cuáles son los objetivos del negocio?: Un buen emprendimiento se basa en el trazado de metas realistas a lograr, en el corto y largo plazo. Es decir, en una buena planificación. Cualquier acción que realice deberá mirar hacia esos objetivos.
6. ¿Cuáles son las debilidades de su negocio? Es importante ser realista y saber en qué áreas y tareas su empresa podrÃa fallar, para asà contratar al personal necesario qué pueda asistirlo.
7. ¿Cuenta con los conocimientos básicos para gestionar un negocio?: La capacitación es una herramienta esencial para quienes-desean emprender. De nada sirve una buena idea si no hay conocimientos empresariales de por medio.
8. ¿Quiénes conforman su equipo de trabajo?: Un buen equipo de trabajo es fundamental para conseguir las metas trazadas e idear nuevas iniciativas. Preocúpese de contar con un equipo de trabajo variado, donde sus miembros se complementen entre sÃ.
9. ¿Cuánto costará su producto?: Es esencial calcular el costo de su producto o servicio, para asà analizar si sus potenciales clientes estarán dispuestos a pagar por ello.
10. ¿Está informado sobre técnicas de venta?: Un emprendedor exitososabe vender su producto y llamar la atención de los consumidores. CapacÃtese en técnicas de ventas, o de lo contrario, contrate a buenos vendedores.
11. ¿Cuenta con el tiempo necesario para estar al mando de un negocio propio?: Los emprendedores exitosos destinan gran parte de su tiempo no sólo al negocio, sino a capacitarse, estar actualizado, ver qué pasa en el mercado y cómo se mueve la competencia. Es un trabajo de tiempo completo, por lo que deberá pensar si cuenta o no con ese tiempo.
12. ¿Es capaz de trabajar bajo estrés?: Muchas veces un negocio propio requiere horas y horas de trabajo, por lo que debe ser capaz de controlar la ansiedad y no perder el control en todo momento.
